Three hundred top executives were invited by Continental Tires Division, a Hanover-based tyre manufacturer, to attend a Top Management Meeting in Hamburg. Following the heading “Orchestrating All Units – Orchestrating Success”, and by way of a lecture as well as a moderated orchestra rehearsal, we illustrated the subtle psychological interactions and accords between orchestra and management. The conference was concluded by a much acclaimed concert featuring Antonín Dvořák’s No. 9 “New World” Symphony.
